New York Film Academy Welcomes Industry VIPs to Screenwriting Department
New York Film Academy’s Screenwriting School at the Los Angeles - Universal Studios campus is excited to welcome the following terrific writers to the faculty at New York Film Academy:
Heather Hach (Writer of Freaky Friday and the upcoming What to Expect When You’re Expecting) will be joining the Business of Screenwriting class for four sessions to help the students prepare for Pitch Fest, an annual opportunity for students to get their ideas heard by industry professionals.
Academy Award nominated producer David Friendly will be screening his hit Little Miss Sunshine on February 1st at Warner Bros. David also produced films My Girl and Doctor Dolittle.
Floyd Byars (Writer of Making Mr Right, CSI:NY, uncredited writer on Desperately Seeking Susan) will be teaching a full semester of the MFA’s feature screenplay workshop this semester.
These outstanding writers join the terrific year-round faculty of New York Film Academy.
